Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent and knowledge of Microsoft Office.  Ability to communicate and interact with individuals at all levels of the organization and should demonstrate tactfulness, diplomacy, and poise.

Duties:

The Purchasing Disbursement Clerk prepares, and processes purchase orders, maintains purchasing records and selects vendors from pre-established lists.  Interacts with suppliers to obtain pricing and product specifications and notifies the Senior Manager of any and all changes.  Able to work independently with limited supervision, handles office administrative matters and other various duties as assigned.
