Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent and knowledge of Microsoft Office.  Ability to communicate and interact with individuals at all levels of the organization and should demonstrate tactfulness, diplomacy, and poise.

Duties:

The Disbursements/Payroll/Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical services.  This includes, reviewing all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.  Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures, financial chart of accounts and corporate procedures.  Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.  Works on computerized payroll/accounts payable system, with the ability to create spreadsheets.
