ILLINOIS STATE LICENSED DIETITIAN REQUIRED,

BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN FOOD SERVICE

MANAGEMENT OR HEALTHCARE RELATED FIELD.  CURRENT

SANITATION CERTIFICATION WITH STATE OF ILLINOIS

AND CITY OF CHICAGO.  5 PLUS YEARS OF HOSPITAL

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

            DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

PLANS, ORGANIZES, DIRECTS AND ASSUMES RESPONSIBILITIES FOR

ALL FOOD SERVICE ACTIVITIES.  PLANS CYCLE MENUS FOR PATIENTS

AND EMPLOYEES.
