SHIFT: ON-CALL, ROTATING SHIFT
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent, Current Certified Food Service Manager Chicago Department of Public Health Sanitation Certificate, ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification, ServSafe Food Handler Certification.
One year related cooking experience preferred, Culinary Training a Plus.
DUTIES: Responsible for the preparation of meat, vegetable, soups, sauces, etc. Prepares food according to standardized recipes in the correct amount needed for patient’ and hospital personnel. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality of standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
