Job Title: MEDICARE BILLER
Department: Business office
Shift: Full-time; Mon-Fri 8AM-4PM

Qualifications: Meditech a plus, UB04 & 2360 Billing, Computer Literate, Good Communication Skills and Self Motivated. Working knowledge of "RAC" RECOVERY AUDIT CONTRACTOR for medicare.
Duties: Calling insurance companies for benefits and payments. Billing insurance companies and follow-up. Become familiar with insurance contracts. Individual will be crosstrained in other business office functions. Other misc. Duties as assigned.

Job Title: PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Department: Physical Therapy
Shift: Full-Time; Shifts 9AM-5PM Monday-Saturday

Qualifications:  State of Illinois licensure. B.S in Physical Therapy. Minimal 1 year hospital experience preferred but not required.

Duties:  Responsible for the treatment, planning, evaluation, treatment implementation and supervision of their own patients. At times, he or she may also take on a variety of administrative duties in the absence of the physical therapy director.

QUALIFICATIONS:  ASSOCIATE, BACHELOR DEGREE OR CORRESPONDENCE CERTIFICATE FROM AN ACCREDITED CODING PROGRAM.  MUST HAVE CURRENT CREDENTIALS THROUGH RHIA, RHIT OR CCS.


DUTIES:  APPLICANT MUST POSSESS ALL SKILLS RELATED TO CODING IN PATIENT CHARTS.

JOB TITLE: SWITCHBOARD OPERATOR

SHIFT: PART TIME, ROTATING SHIFTS    

QUALIFICATIONS:  HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE, PROFESSIONAL, DEPENDABLE AND FLEXIBLE(ABLE TO ROTATE SHIFTS WHEN REQUESTED).  MUST BE PLEASANT AND SPEAK CLEARLY TO PAGE AND ANSWER CALLS.

DUTIES:  MUST BE ABLE TO SORT, STAMP AND DELIVER MAIL.  OPERATES CORD OR CORDLESS SWITCHBOARD TO RELAY INCOMING, OUTGOING, AND INTEROFFICE CALLS BY PERFORMING VARIOUS OPERATOR DUTIES.
